for Asbury Hills Camps

• Registration Form (PDF) or register online
• Registering your camper online is fast, simple, and allows you to register in "Real Time."  This means that as soon as your registration is complete and submitted, your camper is guaranteed that spot.  Paper registrations are processed as soon as they are received, but sometimes camps fill before a paper registration form is received.
• There is an application process for our CIT camps.  Online registration is not available for this session.  Please use the CIT Application form to apply.


• Letters to Counselor
  
• Your child's counselor would like to get to know your camper a little before he or she arrives.  Please return the letters to counselor form from you and your camper two weeks prior to your campers arrival.
  
  
• Health Form
• The health form is needed for each camper and needs to be turned in two weeks prior to a campers attendance at Asbury Hills.  For your convenience, you may scan and email, mail, or fax the health form back to us.
  
  
• Air Travel Form
• Flying to Asbury Hills?  Please return the air travel request form at least two weeks prior to your camper's attendance so we may be prepared to transport your camper.  For more information about this new service, please review our Air Travel Information .  

• Camper Info Kit  
• Do you have a few questions about camp at Asbury Hills?  This form will provide you with some basic information and answer some commonly asked questions.  For answers to more questions, please check out our parent info page.
